Transitional Reentry Adult Program (T.R.A.P.) was founded by Portia Moore. Her passion was to build a program for those with criminal justice involvement who lack Professional and Skill Development. She aims to rewrite the "Second- Chance" stigma by providing Mentorship, Basic Computer Training, Interview Preparation, Financial Coaching,
